Through sustained collaboration and faithful monthly support, New Life and Hope Foundation helps ensure that the Roots of Hope School remains open and accessible as the only free school in its community.
Together, we are not only meeting urgent needs such as education, daily meals, and psychosocial support, but also investing in long-term transformation—empowering children to grow into healthy, equipped adults and strengthening the surrounding community through training and professional development opportunities.

Our VISIONIn 2022, this vision became a reality with the construction of the Roots of Hope School, the only free school in its neighborhood. Today, the school serves approximately 200 children living in extreme vulnerability, providing far more than access to education.
In addition to quality academic instruction, the school offers:
Psychological counseling
Community-based healthcare support
A daily nutritious lunch, which has successfully eliminated malnutrition among enrolled students

beyond the classroomAt Roots of Hope, education extends beyond the classroom. Our approach—Education for Life—is designed to nurture the whole child. We intentionally develop values, character, ethics, and life skills that equip students to grow into responsible citizens, prepared professionals, and emotionally healthy individuals who can navigate life’s challenges.

The Roots of Hope School has become not only a place of refuge for children, but also a center for community empowerment. Young adults from the surrounding neighborhood are invited to volunteer at the school, where they receive pedagogical training, professional development, and certification pathways that prepare them for careers in education—offering hope, purpose, and a sustainable future.
