Zeteo provides a future and a hope for children in the Philippines rescued at ages one to three, rewriting their stories with the words, “But God…”

Zeteo Project

Building a future of safety, healing, and hope for children ages 1–3 who have survived trafficking and abuse.

Zeteo exists to provide a future and a hope for children in the Philippines who have been rescued between the ages of one and three.

These precious children have endured unimaginable circumstances. Many were sold and sexually trafficked. Some were abandoned and neglected for weeks, months, or even years. Others survived attempted murder, were treated as commodities, and carry the deep imprint of trauma that began before birth.

Zeteo Project

  • Phase One Funding Requirement:$850,000
    Amount Raised to Date:$250,000

New Life and Hope Foundation is supporting the establishment of Zeteo Children’s Home as an independent foundation in the Philippines. As an urgent first step, Zeteo must raise USD $150,000 to relocate from Pangasinan to a new property in Amadeo, Cavite, where the home can better meet the complex needs of the children in its care.

This relocation will provide significantly improved facilities that support safe, trauma-informed care and enable Zeteo to secure the proper licensing required for matched, legal adoptions. The new location also offers closer proximity to higher-quality medical services, emotionally healthy and qualified personnel, and essential government agencies—particularly the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), with whom Zeteo works closely.

Following the move, USD $300,000 will be allocated to essential repairs and upgrades to the existing facilities and infrastructure, including electrical and septic systems. An additional USD $150,000 is required to complete the purchase of the 1.2-hectare (3-acre) property. The site was previously operated as a children’s camp and thoughtfully designed by a professional architect, making it well suited for Zeteo’s long-term vision. Adjacent land may be acquired in the future as the ministry grows.

    Phase One Outcomes:

    • Provides a safe, holistic, and nurturing environment for young children recovering from severe trauma

    • Places the home near high-quality hospitals critical for children with special medical needs

    • Enables stronger collaboration with a supportive local government

    • Allows for the recruitment of competent, stable staff—essential for long-term sustainability

  • Phase Two focuses on the construction of fully compliant facilities required to obtain an adoption license from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). These facilities will also include dedicated spaces for professional training and capacity building.

Through this phase, Zeteo intends to play an active role in strengthening and shaping healthy, ethical adoption processes in the Philippines.

The new facility will be designed to accommodate prospective family visits and will strategically align INfire’s organizational strengths with Kate’s leadership as Zeteo’s lead. It will serve as a national training hub, equipping leaders, social workers, educators, and church volunteers across all 18 regions of the Philippines.

The estimated cost for Phase Two is approximately $600,000.

Phase Two will enable Zeteo to:

    • Expand rescue capacity to care for up to 30 children

    • Build and sustain a strong, well-supported staff-family model

    • Provide accessible, accredited training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) for future leaders

    • Equip leaders to effectively address the complex needs of at-risk infants and toddlers

    • Begin strategic expansion into additional regions and contribute to policy influence

    • Offer government-approved accommodations for licensed adoption programs

    • Establish dedicated diagnostic, therapeutic, and clinical care spaces

  • Phase Three centers on the development of a mission-aligned business enterprise designed to cultivate locally sustainable, transformative justice leaders serving high-risk children, while helping them clarify and strengthen their vision and mission. This initiative reflects the core mission of INfire.

Plans include the construction of a guest house along the river, complemented by a restaurant and coffee shop located near the popular local attraction, Amadeo Waterfall. The enterprise is ideally envisioned to be operated by a values-aligned third-party business partner, ensuring professional management while preserving mission integrity.

The estimated cost for Phase Three is approximately $800,000.

    Phase Three objectives include:

    • Generating sustainable income to support long-term operations

    • Providing on-site accommodations for visiting teams and short-term trainees

    • Offering meal services that reduce operational strain on child-care staff

    • Establishing a destination that engages tourism responsibly

    • Hosting camps and programs for at-risk children

    • Creating safe, welcoming spaces for meaningful community engagement

We invite you to partner with us across these three phases—laying a foundation of safety and healing, building pathways to family and leadership, and creating a sustainable future where rescued children and entire communities can truly thrive.
